Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Highbridge Hollow Arts Center is an arts centre in Oklahoma City with a full calendar of events, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 98 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in volunteer programmes and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on school partnerships. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
