Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Lumen Hollow Legal Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for client files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 56 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in client files and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on trust accounts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
