Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Harborlight Sable Staffing Group is a Rochester staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on timekeeping. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
