Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Rook Housing Group and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in waiting lists and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on repair requests. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
