Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Quill Facilities Group and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 59 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in contractor visits and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
