Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Stonegate Beacon Community Partners is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for benefits enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in benefits enrolment and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on food distribution. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
