Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Foxglove Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around St. Louis, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in permits and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on constituent requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
