Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Rivermark Wren Telecom Partners is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for customer tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on service installations. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
