Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Clearpath Nest Water Authority is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for water quality, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
