Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Redstone Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Memphis, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate trends in test reports and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on equipment calibration. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
