Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Highbridge Fox Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Tucson, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 76 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in attendance records and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on enrolment. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
