Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Raleigh, NC)

Silverline Forge Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Raleigh, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 388 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in licensing and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
