Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Raleigh, NC)

Amberfield Quill Foods is a Raleigh food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on allergen controls. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
