Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Raleigh, NC)

Amberfield North Staffing is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for retention, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in retention and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on onboarding. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
