Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Providence, RI)

We are growing our team at Cedar Mill Arts Center and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Providence. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in event logistics and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on ticketing. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
