Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Portland, OR)

Lumen River Manufacturing is a Portland manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 213 people based in Portland. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in tooling and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on machine downtime. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
