Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Portland, OR)

Redstone Willow Medical Group is a Portland company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in regulatory submissions and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
