Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Pittsburgh, PA)

Amberfield Ridge Construction is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for project schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in project schedules and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on subcontractor invoices. • Python or R for analysis.
