Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Nova Mill Transit Planning and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 96 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on route schedules. • Python or R for analysis.
