Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Phoenix, AZ)

Highbridge Lantern Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Phoenix, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in permits and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on materials orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
