Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Cross Banking Services Partners and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in card disputes and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on account openings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
