Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Philadelphia, PA)

Stonegate Yarrow Hospitality Group runs guest-focused properties across the Philadelphia area, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 826 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in food costs and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on guest bookings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
