Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Philadelphia, PA)

Clearpath Willow Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Philadelphia region, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in service appointments and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on parts orders. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
