Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Granite Manufacturing and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Investigate trends in production lines and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on machine downtime. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
