Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Corner Medical Partners and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in regulatory submissions and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on training materials.
