Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Philadelphia, PA)

Nova Umber Foods Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for customer specifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 236 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in customer specifications and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on allergen controls. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
