Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Philadelphia, PA)

Fernwood Hollow Farms Group supplies farm and food customers across the Philadelphia region, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in harvest schedules and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on packing house output. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
