Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Orlando, FL)

Foxglove West Arts Center Partners is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for event logistics, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
