Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Orlando, FL)

Westbrook Ember Manufacturing is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for tooling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in tooling and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on production lines. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
