Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Orlando, FL)

Clearpath Yarrow Civic Services Group supports public agencies in Orlando with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Investigate trends in budget submissions and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on constituent requests.
