Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Orlando, FL)

Northwind Forge Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Orlando serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 872 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in branch operations and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on loan files. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
