Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Orlando, FL)

Greenridge Wilder Property Management is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for maintenance requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in maintenance requests and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on lease renewals.
