Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Orlando, FL)

Bright Quill Legal Group provides legal services in Orlando across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in trust accounts and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on client files.
