Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Orlando, FL)

Highbridge Lakeside Civic Services works with county and city offices around Orlando. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in permits and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on public records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
