Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Orlando, FL)

Bluepeak Linden Hospitality is a hospitality company in Orlando with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 56 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in housekeeping schedules and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on supplier orders. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
