Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Orlando, FL)

Foxglove Union Facilities Group cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Orlando. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in safety inspections and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on supply orders. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
