Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Orlando, FL)

Clearpath Oak Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Orlando design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in route schedules and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on ridership counts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
