Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Orlando, FL)

Nova Clear Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Orlando, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 94 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in dock schedules and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
