Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Orlando, FL)

Ironwood Summit Medical is a Orlando company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 108 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in device records and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on training materials. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
