Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Orlando, FL)

Bright Orchard Energy is an energy provider in Orlando focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 860 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Investigate trends in usage data and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on meter readings. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
