Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Orlando, FL)

Highbridge Lakeside Civic Services works with county and city offices around Orlando. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on procurement. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
