Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Orlando, FL)

Silverline Sable Financial Group serves customers across Orlando with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 352 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Investigate trends in account servicing and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on vendor spend. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
