Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Orlando, FL)

Summit Lakeside Environmental Services is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for recycling loads, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in recycling loads and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
