Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Orlando, FL)

Silverline Fox Property Management Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for rent collection, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Investigate trends in rent collection and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on maintenance requests. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
