Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Orlando, FL)

Rivermark Cobalt Early Learning runs childcare centres in Orlando caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in meal programmes and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on licensing records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
