Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Summit Ember Water Authority Group and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in meter reading and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on capital projects. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
