Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Oklahoma City, OK)

Lumen Union Arts Center is an arts centre in Oklahoma City with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in visitor services and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on exhibitions. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
