Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Oklahoma City, OK)

Harborlight Wilder Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in underwriting files and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on policy renewals. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
