Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Oklahoma City, OK)

Silverline Property Management looks after rental homes across the Oklahoma City area, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Investigate trends in lease renewals and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
