Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Oklahoma City, OK)

Nova Lakeside Inspection Services is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in equipment calibration and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on certifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
